Welcome to my little webpage about me and the music I play!

I'm a versatile bassplayer working comfortably within most genres of the contemporary rhythmic music.

My starting point is always that any kind of music can be interesting and fun to play and this approach has taken me to many far corners of this wonderful world of sound. The music is exactly as good as you make it - so nothing is to fancy or nothing is to simple. I have been playing anything from straight ahead jazz to salsa, rock, pop, folk, arab, latin, cumbia, new avant-garde stuff and electronic music.

I have a solid groove and strong timing - founded in my studies in Cuba. From the realm of jazz I have playful, spontaneus and improvising approach to music. I have good ears and read music well. In the later years I have worked a lot as a sideman for a bunch different singer-songwriters. But have at the same time become one of the most in demand bass players on the world scene in Denmark.

In high school I got my first double bass and since then it has been my primary instrument
